6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws including FEMA, RBI (LRS), Income Tax, RERA, and UAE regulations
• Seek independent legal, tax, and financial advice where required

7. Fees and Payments

• Service fees, brokerage, or consultancy charges (if applicable) will be communicated separately
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms
• Government charges, taxes, stamp duty, registration fees, and developer charges are payable directly by the client
