- Fixed returns
- Capital appreciation
- Rental income

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete documentation
- Comply with applicable laws including FEMA, RBI (LRS), Income Tax, RERA, and UAE regulations
- Seek independent legal, tax, and financial advice where required
7. Fees and Payments
- Service fees, brokerage, or consultancy charges (if applicable) will be communicated separately
- Payments must be made as per agreed terms
- Government charges, taxes, stamp duty, registration fees, and developer charges are payable directly by the client
8. Intellectual Property
